They told me I couldn’t pay with card? So they had me walk a couple blocks down in a nearby hotel to pay… the list of mishaps could go on… Just felt like my experience needed to be stated. Wifi didn’t work on the 3rd floor where our room was. Rooms have no privacy, I’m pretty sure even with their curtains you can see into the rooms. the check in / out was simply horrendous if you have a car. The valet showed up closer to 45 minutes waiting. In the meantime I’m running up and down blocks trying to communicate info to my gf and give updates. Solution is my gf ends up having to drive around in circles lost for 20 minutes, and the wifi wasn’t working in the lobby so I couldn’t contact her.
